What is the way for our country's manufacturing industry to get out of the predicament?

The first is to insist on manufacturing as the foundation of China's economy. Before the financial crisis, with the continuous progress of global industrial transfer and the rapid development of the real estate industry, the developed countries in Europe and the United States generally saw a trend of industrial hollowing, which was mainly manifested in: the proportion of industry in GDP was declining year by year, and the proportion of financial, leasing and other service industries closely related to real estate in GDP was increasing year by year. Germany, on the other hand, has always focused on the development of industrial manufacturing."Made in Germany" we still have a lot to learn!Over the same period, the share of German industry in GDP rose by 1 percentage point, while the share of financial, real estate and leasing services in GDP remained largely unchanged.

It was the dedication and focus on manufacturing that saved Germany from the pain that left the bubble when it burst. Therefore, governments at all levels in our country should adhere to the core and basic position of manufacturing in the country's real economy, resolutely abandon the concept of quick success, guide the balanced development of various industries in the process of changing the mode and adjusting the structure, and strive to create a social environment conducive to the development of the manufacturing industry.

The second is to adhere to the "trinity" throughout the whole process of "Made in China". Actively strengthen the construction of the "trinity" system of scientific and technological innovation, standardization and quality certification, and talent training, change the situation of "Made in China" winning by quantity for a long time, and truly realize winning by quality. In terms of scientific and technological innovation, we will increase investment in research and development, accelerate the transformation of scientific and technological achievements into productivity, and encourage the development of independent brands. In terms of standardization and quality certification, we will strengthen standardization work as a breakthrough to provide competitive standard support for our country's industrial products, stimulate domestic demand and stabilize exports; Efforts to promote the quality certification work, promote the formation of a sense of quality responsibility commensurate with the status of an economic power, and improve the international quality image of "Made in China". In terms of personnel training, we will increase vocational skills training for professionals, enhance the joint force of the three links of "production, education and research" through policy guidance, and establish a market-oriented, enterprise-oriented, and production-oriented vocational education system.

The third is to insist on comprehensively deepening Sino-German manufacturing cooperation to build a manufacturing power. Manufacturing is a key area of Sino-German economic and trade cooperation. The manufacturing industries of the two countries are at different stages of development and are highly complementary. Germany's advanced science and technology, exquisite manufacturing technology, scientific management, excellent product quality, good professional ethics and relatively open technical cooperation have provided favorable conditions for the manufacturing industry of China and Germany to carry out mutually beneficial and win-win cooperation. In the first two rounds of Sino-German government consultations, the two sides have reached important consensus on practical cooperation in advanced manufacturing, vocational education, standardization and other fields. In the next step, we should actively promote the German side to jointly implement the results of the government consultation, establish the Sino-German advanced manufacturing dialogue as soon as possible, and take this as a guide to comprehensively deepen Sino-German manufacturing cooperation and promote the upgrading of "Made in China".
